Rediscover Goderich: Canada AM Live!
Goderich, ON - On August 21, 2012, the Huron Chamber of Commerce welcomes Canada AM to town to broadcast live on the anniversary of the tornado.
Location: Corner lot on Kingston Street at Courthouse Square, Goderich, ON.
Date and Time: August 21, 2012 at 6:00am – 9:00am.
The general public is invited to take part in the show as part of the live audience. Producers and an advance crew will be visiting town next week to pursue interviews with first responders, business representatives, citizens, and community groups featuring their stories and recovery journeys.
“This national broadcast is an opportunity to showcase the remarkable recovery Goderich has made and continues to make as community partners work together”, says Chris Watson, Event Chair.
Marci Ien, co-anchor, Canada AM, will host the anniversary show. Coffee and pastries will be available and all are welcome.
