MA community okays manure-to-energy plan

April 13, 2017, Haverhill, MA — The city's board of health has approved a waste-to-energy digester for farm in Bradford.

The equipment will convert cow manure to a combustible gas to generate electricity. It is expected to begin operating in nine to 15 months and will be the first of its kind in Haverhill. READ MORE
